In their misunderstanding, 690 is the best, then 691, 692 are less, if the number is bigger than 692, the quality is bad. Actually, the number of bar code is NO related to quality of goods.
Is it possible to know the origin of products?
 Some consumers think that 0 means products manufactured in America, 3 means manufactured in France, and 6 means manufactured in China. But, the bar code is the company prefix, not related to the origin.
As the normal usage of bar code, consumers can get the information from bar code with the right understanding.
