With the changes of commercial environment and information  upgrade, it is necessary to build the traceability system to link the production, checking, supervision and consuming.

Method & Step
1. 1. During the feeding of animals, breeding program should decide the tracing unit, and record the feeding information based on tracing unit. For example, RFID electronic label could be inserted to the cows, and recorded the information in RFID electronic label.
 
2. During the process, it should build raw material information system, which could record the raw material tracing information and check the  raw material batch with cultivation batch. Based on the min tracing unit of process batch, it could put the process and raw material information into 1D or 2D bar code.
 
3. During the logistic process, it should read the RFID electronic label to get the logistic information base on the transportation batch unit.
4. During the selling process, with the SEUIC handheld terminals  scanning 1D or 2D bar code, it could trace the selling information based on the retail min package tracing unit.
